When we split lorax-composer off into an extras package we left the lorax-composer tests in lorax alone. They ran fine for a while, but are now failing for various reasons.

lorax-composer has good test coverage and is where test update for it are pushed. lorax should only focus on lorax specific tests.

I propose removing the /tests/pylorax/test_*.py files that are unrelated to lorax.

And we should add more lorax tests :)
