I don't mind if you don't want to package it, but it's in the chain of dev dependencies for warp, so I think we'd need it to run the tests on some of the packages that warp needs (can't remember how the chain goes). Do you want to avoid running the tests?

I would say so. It is part of Rust 1.30+, so I would like to avoid packaging some useless stuff :)
