The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
-p switch should be now optional, however, when it is omitted, rpm -ql exits 
with 1

1. create a test .rpm
2. run 
   rpm -ql <path-to-test-rpm>
   echo $?
3. compare with 
   rpm -qlp <path-to-test-rpm>
   echo $?

Actual results:
# rpm -ql /root/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch/testpackage-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
/opt/testpackage/one
# echo $?
1
# rpm -qlp /root/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch/testpackage-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
/opt/testpackage/one
# echo $?
0

Expected results:
rpm -ql <path-to-test-rpm> exits with 0
