Changelog for v3.2.0 states: Update XMLs from mainstream
(obviously mainly related to commit 297aa29)

But if you look through the commits, there are other (important?) fixes done as well.
- Fix reg exp line start detection, reStructuredText highlighting issue:
  https://github.com/andreikop/qutepart/issues/70
- unix: use system PyQt5, commit 3b9ac2e (although it seems specific to wind*)
- several fixes for execution of tests
- require python version >= 3.5 (setup.py)
- new project name: andreikop (instead of hlamer)!
- Change indent/unindent shortcut: https://github.com/andreikop/qutepart/issues/66

test_prep1 (test_indenter.test_cstyle.Prep) freezes, maybe disable execution of this test.

Koji build frozen with x86_64 after:
test_alignbrace (test_indenter.test_cstyle.Other) ... ok

Next try to build in mock and the build freezes on:
test_prep1 (test_indenter.test_cstyle.Prep) ...
