Looks like much of the tests are failing in 1.1.9. I need to look what causes this errors. The failing tests are the failing tests are because of a new check by borg if the correct msgpack version is installed. as of BZ#1669083 there is an issue in rawhide and f30 with the incorrect msgpack version borgbackup-1.1.9-1.fc29 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 29. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-39b7824c97 borgbackup-1.1.9-1.fc29 has been pushed to the Fedora 29 testing repository.
