Description of problem:
When starting the httpd with "/etc/init.d/httpd start" it
does not start properly. No entry in the error_log.

httpd-2.0.54-10.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /etc/init.d/httpd start

  

Actual Results:  httpd does not start

Expected Results:  httpd should habe started

Additional info:

Workaround:
cp /etc/init.d/httpd /etc/init.d/httpd.dummy
/etc/init.d/httpd.dummy

Workaround:
cp /etc/init.d/httpd /etc/init.d/httpd.dummy
/etc/init.d/httpd.dummy start

This is probably some SELinux issue.  Look at /var/log/audit/audit.log to see
what errors are logged.
