There are several bugs that make sphinxtrain and cmusphinx3 unusable.

According to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/ I'm opening this bugzilla.

I would be happy to transition sphinxtrain and cmusphinx3 to someone who is willing to take over.

It seems that someone will likely need to update the sphinxtrain package to 5prealpha. This will require curating the patches associated with the current package.

It appears that cmushinx3 is out of sync with sphinxbase-devel. I suspect that package will also require an update to a more modern version.
