Description of problem:
golang-googlecode-tools-bundle and rubygem-bundler cannot be installed at the same time because they both provide /usr/bin/bundle.

1. dnf install golang-googlecode-tools-compilebench-0-25.20190219git9394956.fc29 rubygem-bundler-1.16.1-4.fc29.noarch

Actual results:
Error: Transaction check error:
  file /usr/bin/bundle from install of golang-googlecode-tools-bundle-0-25.20190219git9394956.fc29.x86_64 conflicts with file from package rubygem-bundler-1.16.1-4.fc29.noarch

Expected results:
Both packages should be installable together.
