Description of problem:
Recent BIND depends on cmocka to run unit tests, instead of former libatf-c. However cmocka is not yet even packaged in Fedora.

Very similar package is already in Fedora: cmockery2
This one seems to be far more maintained and much better documented.

fedora-review cannot parse correctly SRPM URL. Trying to workaround.
