Verified in CFME 5.10.2.0.20190311164858_455d270

Steps of verification:

1) Add infra, cloud provider
2) Provision vms on each provider
3) For infra provider, check timelines of vm, host, cluster, and provider
4) For cloud provider, check timelines of instance, availability zone, and provider
5) For each of the timelines, verified that the accordion was displayed and functional
