Description of problem:

abrt-dbus misses required package dbus-send

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

abrt-dbus-2.12.0-2.fc30.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install virtual f30 workstation from netinst iso select minimal
2. install abrt-tui abrt-addon-ccpp abrt-addon-kerneloops
3. do something to cause coredump

Actual results:

systemctl status abrtd
... /bin/sh: dbus-send: command not found


Expected results:

coredump handling workd

Additional info:

/etc/libreport/events.d/abrt_dbus_event.conf contains dbus-send reference
but package does not require dbus-tools.
