I'm a little confused as to why we have this new BZ, isn't this a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1665486 ?

Fixed! Navigation worked well, not getting 'add provider' option.
Verified on - 5.10.2.0.20190311164858_455d270
