Description of problem:

/run/uwsgi does not exist after install or on restart of server

Path is needed for pidfile and sockets.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

uwsgi-2.0.17.1-1.el7.x86_64

How to fix:

Add /etc/tmpfiles.d/uwsgi.conf to RPM package with contents:
 
D /run/uwsgi 0755 root root -

Would it make sense to use systemd RuntimeDirectory= ?
