Description of problem:
networking-ovn OSP 13 functional tests spawn ovn-northd processes. In order to be able to separate them, we need to use unixctl parameter that was introduced in OVS 2.10 - https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/commit/da1af6e279a438a0b5bf854731b5b3546d3a2eaf

Hi Mark,
   I have read the case in the patch, and see the command:
ovn-northd --unixctl="$ovs_base"/northd/ovn-northd.ctl --ovnnb-db=unix:"$ovs_base"/ovn-nb/ovn-nb.sock --ovnsb-db=unix:"$ovs_base"/ovn-sb/ovn-sb.sock

I don't know where is the ovn-northd.ctl,is this file you create yourself? And what about ovn-nb.sock and ovn-sb.sock? I don't know how to create them,please help me figure it out,thanks!
