No test in upstream. No test downstream. Only general shenadoah functionality will be tested

Fixed as part of aarch64-shenandoah-jdk8u212-b04-shenandoah-merge-2019-04-30, which was then picked up by the bump to aarch64-shenandoah-jdk8u222-b01.
