As a 5G cRAN edge cloud provider, I need PVP throughput, latency and jitter measurement with OVS and OVS-DPDK on fronthaul network, to ensure throughput and latency requirements below

RU to DU - throughput is 25Gbps and Latency < 100 microseconds
DU to CU - throughput is 9Gbps and Latency < 10-50ms
