Please attach the consumer facts for the system that is displaying the trouble. From the system in question "rhsm-debug system" and attach the resulting archive to the BZ. The specific fact that is being examined form "subscription-manager facts" is "cpu.core(s)_per_socket". Also, are you able to reproduce this internally?
