Description of problem:

desktop-backgrounds-compat provides symlinks to the current default background image, but not for the image in the common 16:9 format.

For example create this symbolic link

/usr/share/backgrounds/images/default-16_9.png: symbolic link to ../f30/default/tv-wide/f30.png

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 30-final by Fedora user luya using the blocker tracking app because:

 The current desktop-backgrounds is missing the default 16:9 format backgrounds available on majority of devices. This fix addresses that oversight.

The decision to classify this bug as an "AcceptedFreezeException" was made as this affects live environments and so cannot be fully fixed with an update, and is a very safe change.
