Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 30-beta by Fedora user luya using the blocker tracking app because:

Discussed at 2019-03-21 Fedora 30 Beta Go/No-Go meeting, acting as a freeze exception review meeting: https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting-1/2019-03-21/f30-beta-go_no_go-meeting.2019-03-21-17.00.html . Accepted as a freeze exception issue as it prevents compose of a non-blocking image.

Note there was a further package issue - https://pagure.io/fedora-kickstarts/pull-request/509 is the fix. We're counting that as part of this same FE.

Beta-1.7 came with a design suite image:

so I'm gonna say this is fixed.
