Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 30-beta by Fedora user raveit65 using the blocker tracking app because:

 f30-beta Mate-arm spin failed to build and disk size needs to be increased.

Arm image builds fine now with 1.6 compose. https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/30/Fedora-30-20190322.0/compose/Spins/armhfp/images/

So this issue can be closed.

For some reasons the i868 image failed, but this looks more like a repo issue.
