Description of problem:
gnutls-cli and gnutls-serv do not provide switches exposing output of the TLS Exporter function

gnutls-3.6.5-2.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gnutls-cli --help 2>&1 | grep -i export
2. gnutls-serv --help 2>&1 | grep -i export

Actual results:
function not support

Expected results:
Functionality supported, allows selecting the label used and the length of keying material exported; generates output as specified in RFC 5705 and RFC 8446

Additional info:
The functionality is present in openssl s_client and s_server utilities
