https://build.gluster.org/job/clang-scan/641/console seems to be failing since last 20 days.

yep, the builder depend on F27 who is now EOL, so removed from mock config. 

One small step is to update it to F29 (so we can have 1 year before it fail like this), but this will bring new tests and maybe new failure to fix.

I guess it is fine to depend on f29 or f30. I know there are some warnings which we need to fix. But those are good to fix anyways.
