In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1678453 and https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2071 , FESCo voted to defer the 'Firefox Wayland By Default' Change to Fedora 31. The build currently in Fedora 30, firefox-64.0.2-2.fc30, has the Wayland backend enabled, so we need to pull in a build with the X11 backend instead.

We should also update to a current Firefox release for security reasons. Martin says a release with new security fixes is coming on Monday, so we may want to wait for that.

For the record, 66.0.1 build is running now and should complete in ~8 hours. We will submit an update and pull that in to fix this FE when it's done (assuming it works fine), and then try another compose.
