Description of problem:

"mcelog --version" prints "mcelog unknown" instead of real version number.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

mcelog-159.1, mcelog-159.2

How reproducible:
trivial

Steps to Reproduce:
1. from shell, issue the "mcelog --version" command
2. observe the result
3.

Actual results:
"mcelog unknown"

Expected results:
"mcelog 159.x"

Verified on RHEL 8.1, the mcelog version there is 162-2.el8 which gets correctly reported:

$ mcelog --version
mcelog 162-2.el8

Test will be updated appropriately (possibly even the upstream has this check, will look).
