check in virtio-win-1.9.6-1.el7_6.2:

1. no Win2019 folder in /usr/share/virtio-win/drivers/amd64/
2. no win2019 folder in /usr/share/virtio-win/virtio-win_servers_amd64.vfd

Check in virtio-win-1.9.6-1.el7_6.3, win2019 drivers are added correctly.
So change status to verified.

Here is what QE do for rhel7.6-z win2019 testing:
1. win2019 svvp testing on intel host;
2. win2019 virtio-win acceptance test;
3. win2019 qemu-kvm acceptance test;
4. win2019 qemu-kvm-rhev acceptance test.

All the tests above passed as no regression or test blocker found.

Errata 42232 was dropped.
@Amnon agree into making this a EUS update.

MOving this back to MODIFIED to be allow included in the 7.6.z EUS errata.

I can't add the package as a hotfix in bugzilla due to file size constrains (Bugzilla only allows 20mb and virtio-win.rpm is 60MB)
