Description of problem:

Trying to login to OCP 4 console deployed with the installer 0.15 

Error:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster and left idle for more than 1 day. 

Actual results:
Console login failed.

Expected results:
Console login should have succeeded.

Looks like duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1688820, the logs provider are highly insufficient for any assessment of the situation though, you'd usually need at least must-gather for the authentication operator.

See if doing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1688820#c2 fixes your situation. If it does not, provide the required must-gather.

Running:

    oc delete pods -n openshift-apiserver --all

fixed the issue in this cluster so I believe it is related to the openshift API server failing on x509 reloading.
