This is on a fresh rawhide installtion from 20050928, with gnome-utils-2.12.0-1

Seems to crash only if you run it as !root

We might consider switching to gnome-system-log 2.13, which seems to have
received a lot of love recently.

Yea, let's upgrade to 2.13.1

2.13.1 is in rawhide now.  If we see issues again we can reopen.
