Doc Text:
Cause: As a regression in RHEL 8.0.0, Pacemaker recorded partially completed live migrations as successful stops. Consequence: If new state information about cluster state arrives while a live migration has partially completed, the affected resource would need a full recovery. Fix: Partial live migrations are recorded properly. Result: Partial live migrations are completed successfully even if new cluster state information arrives.
