The Gluster product no longer ships its own build of the sos package - please file bugs against the main sos component in the corresponding RHEL release.

The suggested fields in the Bugzilla template are there because they really are useful in helping to understand a bug and its cause. You don't mention anything that would help us to try to pin down or understand this.

Please could you let us know:

  - The version of the sos RPM
  - The complete NVR of the nfs-ganesha, and libntirpc packages you expect to see (from rpm -q/rpm -qa | grep ...).

Comment 3 Bryn M. Reeves 2019-04-04 09:24:07 UTC
  - Whether or not the nfsganesha plugin executed on the system (since this depends on the presence of the nfs-ganesha RPM package)
You can find this out by inspecting the logs in sos_logs/sos.log, or by looking for the fragments that it collects.

It would also be useful if you could attach the complete sosreport that was generated, or provide a link to it if it is too large to attach directly.

I don't recall which case I was looking at that did not have nfs-ganesha and libntirpc RPM versions in the installed-rpms file.

But, e.g., case 02328160's (RHEL7.6-based, sos-3.6-16) installed-rpms file does have them, so I guess you can close this BZ.
