It should only be possible to create conversion hosts for providers that actually support it. At the moment that means only Redhat and Openstack. Other providers should fail.

To recreate, attempt to create a conversion host using an unsupported provider, e.g. Amazon, Azure, etc.

Expected result: Should fail with an error message indicating that it's an unsupported provider.
