When a conversion host is created, the associated resource should be tagged appropriately. At the moment, no tagging is done. There were some methods there but they weren't being used.

Current behavior: no tag on associated resource.

Expected behavior: associated resource should be tagged with "v2v_transformation_host/true" when enabled, or "v2v_transformation_host/false" when disabled.

To duplicate, just create a conversion host, and check the tags on the associated resource.

I can see 5.10 clone of this BZ marked as a "WON't FIX" since you said we should drop this feature.
Let me know if we want to close this 5.11 clone as a WON'T FIX.
