Red Hat Satellite 6.6 now supports passing through SWID tag data when it is provided in a repository which is being synced.

Verified with multiple content views and multiple versions. SWID tags information has been transferred from yum repo to Satellite. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
