Description of problem:
This is a tracking BZ for fixes needed on top of my initial commit related to locked root account test in RHEL-8 lorax-composer test suite (namely proper default value setting of ROOT_ACCOUNT_LOCKED env variable, proper username and address for qcow2 image testing and use of sudo for checking sshd configuration in a booted image that made this part of the test fail).
