 - Remove the dot at the end of the summary:

rust-mockito-devel.noarch: W: summary-ended-with-dot C HTTP mocking for Rust.

 - Add the LICENSE file to the mockito subpackage

%files       -n %{crate}
%license LICENSE
%{_bindir}/mockito-server

Also please remove binary package from here since it is not supposed to be used.

Since I needed this package asap, I have imported it via another review request (as we discussed in PM).

I have sponsored you. You need to open https://src.fedoraproject.org/ and log in there in order for me to add you as co-maintainer.
