Maven 3.6.1 requires XMLUnit >= 2, https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xmlunit/pull-request/1
Marian Koncek has a patch for this update.
I will be creating a new module stream with Maven 3.6.x

For now I backported Maven to old XMLUnit 1.
Requires updating plexus-utils to 3.2.0 and modello to 1.10.0.
Replaces dependency on compat guava20 with non-compat guava.

The code was committed but not built due to violation with current policy.
According to current modules policy [1] modular packages can only exist as alternative versions.
Since Maven 3.6 exists as non-modular package in Fedora, modular Maven 3.6 is not allowed according to the policy.
