Description of problem:

While moving a disk from one storage domain to another, Process is:
Storage -> Disks
Select Disk to move -> Click "Move" button
In move dialog box -> Select Target Storage Domain
Press the (?) or "Click for help" next to the Move Disk(s) dialog box title.

New window will pop up taking you to a help page

Return back to the RHV Manager and
1) Move Disk dialog box is gone
2) The selected disk from above is now in Locked state and migrating.

How reproducible:

100% 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to VMs tab, select disk move operation.
2. Click on "click for help" in the Move Disk(s) dialog box 
3. The disk will start migrating to the selected storage domain. 

Actual results:

A disk is getting migrated when we select "click for help" in the Move Disk(s) dialog box 

Expected results:

It should not start disk migration when selecting "click for help".

Setting severity high, since "ok" button behavior does not sound intentional here and can do harm.
