Description of problem:

 Applicable errata report offers a .txt file by default. As the data is comma separated, .csv would be better.

After downloading the report, the 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
foreman-1.20.1.33-1.el7sat.noarch
katello-3.10.0-0.6.rc1.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
0. prepare a host with packages and errata
1. in the web UI, Report Templates > Applicable errata 
Actions: Generate
2. Hosts filter {search for your test host}
3. Submit

Actual results:

Pop-up says "Applicable errata -<date>.txt

Expected results:

Pop-up says "Applicable errata -<date>.csv

Additional info:

You have to click Cancel to return to the list of templates.
