Description of problem:
There should be a system-config-Xorg command in RHEL4 which functions like the
redhat-config-xfree86 from RHEL3.  The method to recreate the xorg.conf file if
it becomes corrupt and/or missing is to use system-config-display and have the
command prompt for the display settings and auto-probe for the mouse and other
settings.  This seems like a round about way to configure Xorg.

redhat-config-xfree86 was renamed to system-config-display, to genericize
the name so that it doesn't have to be renamed again if we decide to change
X11 implementations again in the future.
