Experiencing this while trying to dnf system-upgrade to F30:

sudo dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=30 --setopt='module_platform_id=platform:f30' says:

 Problem 2: problem with installed package Mayavi-4.6.1-1.fc29.x86_64
  - package Mayavi-4.6.2-3.fc30.x86_64 requires python3-mayavi, but none of the providers can be installed
  - Mayavi-4.6.1-1.fc29.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - nothing provides python3.7dist(vtk) needed by python3-mayavi-4.6.2-3.fc30.x86_64


I see vtk builds in F30, so I'm not sure what's causing this. I'll investigate after I've upgraded. Temporary workaround is to remove Mayavi and proceed with the upgrade.

I think this is because vtk is not producing a .egg-info file to generate the automatic python provides.  I'm trying a new build to add it in manually.
