Description of problem:
dynamic dialogs with text boxes are not populating the value.

the code is as simple as $evm.object["value"] = "test 123"

tested it with a fresh 5.10.2 -- FAILED
tested it with a fresh 5.10.1 -- PASSED

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new service dialog with a single text box with a dynamic value
2. point it to a method that has a single line as displayed in the description
3. create a service catalog item using that service dialog

Actual results:
the value of the text box in the service request is empty in 5.10.2 and in 5.10.1 it has test 123 as the value

Expected results:
the text box should have the value populated

This issue should be resolved in the 5.10.3.3 build. Can you test it there?

I only have access to the GA release of 5.10.2.2-1

can you provide the fix to apply it on 5.10.2.2-1
