Description of problem:
Attaching disk resides on backup SD to a running VM is permitted while it should be blocked.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run VM with disk on non backup SD
2. Create disk A on backup SD
3. Hot plug disk A to the running vm

Actual results:
Operation is permitted.

Expected results:
Operation should be blocked.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
