Description of problem:

RHEL-7.7 release will include "samba-4.9.1-4.el7.x86_64.rpm" and rhgs samba is having "samba-4.8.5-104.el7rhgs.x86_64" in live, which is lower than samba rhel packages.
In order to avoid rhgs customers facing issues with RHEL-7.7 release we need to have higher version of rhgs samba packages built.

RHEL-7.7 GA (as of now) is 13-08-2019

RHEL samba - samba-4.9.1-4.el7.x86_64.rpm
RHGS samba - samba-4.8.5-104.el7rhgs.x86_64

Samba is rebased and samba package version is higher that RHEL-7.7 samba.
