The problem is not perl but /usr/lib/R/share/perl/build-help.pl This helper script no longer has the --htmllists option. I have asked in the r-devel mailing list what is the best advice to proceed from here. I have removed the offending lines as they are no longer necessary in the new R version. I will let the packages to be released to close the bug. Did a clean install: "yum remove R-mAr", followed by a "yum install R-mAr". Error messages gone. Closing bug. |
