Description of problem:

graphviz-python3-debuginfo is available in rhel 8 rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-beta-debug-rpms  but graphviz-python3 is not. I am wondering whether this was accidentally included or included as a dependency or if graphviz-python3 was accidentally left out of appstream repos.

Actual results:

Package is not available.

Expected results:

Either the devel package for graphviz-python3 should not be available or graphviz-python3 should be available in the appstream repos.

Additional info:

A customer is looking to use graphviz-python3 in rhel 8 and migrate all of their code to rhel 8 but is unable because the python 3 implementation of graphviz is unavailable. Upon searching to see if we provided anything to replace this package, I found that the debuginfo for this package was available which seemed strange. Looking to see if either this package should be removed or if graphviz-python3 should be added to the repo.
