Description of problem:
Nomacs installation failed on freshly installed Fedora 30.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nomacs-3.8.1-0.3.20180223git9b305e2.fc29.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Freshly install Fedora 30 (Don't know about in upgrading its working or not)
2. Open terminal and type sudo dnf install nomacs
3. Now, DNF will give you this error.
Last metadata expiration check: 0:27:15 ago on Sat 04 May 2019 07:39:47 PM +06.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libexiv2.so.26 needed by nomacs-3.8.1-0.3.20180223git9b305e2.fc29.i686
  - nothing provides libexiv2.so.26()(64bit) needed by nomacs-3.8.1-0.3.20180223git9b305e2.fc29.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Actual results:
DNF says,

same experience, and the package
exiv2-devel-0.27.1-1.fc30.x86_64
provides with
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 14 Apr 26 19:04 /usr/lib64/libexiv2.so -> libexiv2.so.27
