Part of the backend support for this was implemented in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1702085, but it was determined that there were more backend changes necessary to make the network throttling setting  (Settings.transformation.limits.network_limit_per_host) work, so it was not yet made available in the UI.

Shveta, we had few doubts about this feature in past, we must have this disabled testcase somewhere in polarion. Please take coverage decision on this in future.

Network throttling is not possible with UCI and we disabled the feature in the UI. Closing as WONTFIX.
