Description of problem:
When deleting a row in Map Tags, no flash message appears.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.4.1.20190430152139_40a1d86

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configuration -> Settings -> Region
2. Tags -> Map Tags
3. Add some row
4. Delete this row

Actual results:
No success flash message

Expected results:
success: Container Label Tag Mapping "name": Delete successful

Additional info:
I'm pretty sure it's regression since we have the expected message in the test but I can't reproduce it in recent 5.10.3.
