Description of problem: Rapid Photo Downloader does not start. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Probably 0.9.13 How reproducible: Press application icon. Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Error message turning up in Problem Reporting. I am not able to report the error through Problem Reporting. I am able to this though: --- Running report_uReport --- Problem comes from unpackaged executable. Unable to create uReport. ('report_uReport' exited with 1) --- Running report_EmergencyAnalysis --- An archive will be created. This archive is accessible only by ABRT developers. Therefore if you try to open the produced web location you will not be able to see it. Additional info: When checking using 'dnf info rapid-photo-dowloader' dnf returns it as available, not as installed. It could be the application was not upgraded along with the upgrad from Fedora 29 to 30. Trying to install the application I get the following error message: [root@localhost ~]# dnf install rapid-photo-downloader Last metadata expiration check: 0:11:15 ago on Tue 07 May 2019 09:08:45 PM CEST. Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides libraw needed by rapid-photo-downloader-0.9.13-1.fc30.noarch - nothing provides python3.7dist(colour) needed by rapid-photo-downloader-0.9.13-1.fc30.noarch - nothing provides python3.7dist(gphoto2) needed by rapid-photo-downloader-0.9.13-1.fc30.noarch - nothing provides python3.7dist(rawkit) needed by rapid-photo-downloader-0.9.13-1.fc30.noarch (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages) I did 'dnf upgrade' before reporting the error.
