Description of problem:
when routed via satelltite 6.4 and 6.5 (possibly 6.3 as well) the insights-client --display-name option fails with a 404 error after the cutover to cloud.redhat.com.

6.3 and up

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. insights-client --display-name=BugsInSatellitePluginFor1000Alex!

Actual results:
HTTP Status Code: 404 and display name not changed


Expected results:
Display name updated to BugsInSatellitePluginFor1000Alex!

With egg 3.0.102 it works again also on Sat6.2 and Sat6.5

Tested with tfm-rubygem-redhat_access-2.2.6-1.el7sat.noarch and Satellite 6.6 Snap 7

[root@rhel7-client ~]# insights-client --register

Insights API confirms registration.
# insights-client --display-name='WhatIsABug?'
System display name changed from BugsInSatellitePluginFor1000Alex to WhatIsABug?

The system is now displayed under Insights -> Inventory with the new name.
