 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.7dist(flake8) < 2.6.0 needed by diskimage-builder-1.26.1-8.fc30.noarch

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.dnf install diskimage-builder


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.7dist(flake8) < 2.6.0 needed by diskimage-builder-1.26.1-8.fc30.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)


Expected results:
Install would succeed
